Nice chair, slow shipping

I ordered a counter stool. The product is nice, feels very solid and the 'slate gray' color is exactly what I wanted. Assembly was easy enough. My only real complaint was how long it took to ship. It was about a week before it even left their warehouse. Once it shipped, it only took 3 days to get here, but that initial delay was a bit frustrating. Overall happy with the stool though.
